Percentage meter bug still in iOS 4.1?

Sorry if this has been asked many times I'm sure it has but it's early and I don't feel like searching.

Lately I've noticed my % going down while I've only been browsing for 20 minutes or so on wifi. If I rebooted my phone it would be back to 100%. I've restored and set up as new, just wondering if this a problem with anyone else on an iPhone 4?

Why wouldn't your percentage go down while browsing on wifi?
 
He's saying it goes back to 100% after a reboot. I've never heard of this problem. If you've already tried a restore I'd take it to Apple.
 
It's no big deal for me really. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing it. My phone has been acting great lately and don't want to mess that up. If something else happens with it then I'll call but not now. Thanks guys.
