iPhone 4 iPod artwork size ?

Wondering what has to be the minimum size for the artwork on the iPhone 4.

I always organize my iTunes with all pics but some look fuzzy on my iPhone & no idea what the size has to be, thanks.
 
I always try to find the highest resolution artwork possible given that the iPhone has a 960x640 resolution screen, so for me my minimum would be 600x600 (but I always try to find images with a higher resolution just because I have an iPad and they look even fuzzier on a bigger screen).

I like to use http://getvideoartwork.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=f8a2756cf57f5e6ee76635b1e98b454d&action=gallery, it always has the images I'm looking for (some as high as 1500x1500).
