If you want to be able to attach from iPhoto '11 to an new Entourage message, I have written an app to accomplish this. Just put it on the dock. Pick your photos in iPhoto '11 and launch the app from the dock. It gives you pixel size and JPG quality options for the attachments, then creates the new email ready to go. Message me if you would like me to email you a copy.
