How could my iMac with Tiger preinstalled come with Jaguar disks?

How could my iMac with Tiger preinstalled come with Jaguar disks? BTW its a white 2006/2007 one. Coming with Jag disks is very odd.

G5 (I think - Its dead now).

Apple retailer. But it was all in its packaging. No one had tampered with it.

It just might have been swapped at one point. I think the only G5s to support Jaguar are the early Power Mac G5s, as Panther was released shortly after their introduction. Are they restore disks or retail?
