That's it! Ordered my white iphone back case and front decal

most will come with a home button sticker. they are less than ideal, however, as they add a dull feel to the button and it no longer clicks when pressed. additionally i found the screen decal immensely annoying because it adds a ridge to the screen border that really gets in the way as you use full screen apps. my front decal lasted 18 hours, including 7 hours of sleep.

the decal doesn't wrap around the edge of the plastic. you'll need a white bumper to hide the black sides; but trust me, you won't like the feel of the decal.
The sides aren't black; they're silver
There are black seams but I'm not bothered about those.
The jury's out on the decal; will let you know.
Apart from the ridiculously expensive (not to mention fairly risky) top white screen what other options do I have for making the front look like the white iPhone?
James, I don't think you understand. What he's trying to say is that the edge of the glass will still appear black. This is because the glass is OVER the black, and the decal will only cover the front of the glass and from the sides, you'll still be able to see black.

Ah. Gotcha. Thanks. Yes, I suppose I shall. Like I say, I'm aware it'll be an imperfect impression but I'm certainly not shelling out for a front case just yet.

Look. If you really want to go there then even as a pedant you're wrong. But I suspect you simply want to make a glib comment because it makes you feel more important than you actually are.
In the meantime I'll post back and let you know how the decal works out. In all honesty, I don't expect much but for a few dollars I don't mind giving it a whirl.

I left the home button black on purpose because I love how it blends with the front facing camera and the screen's black on the front.
