Macbook Pro 13 inch - mid 2010 - RAM upgrade - advice needed (I'm UK based)

Hi,

I'm thinking of upgrading the RAM of my MBPro to 8GB in order to boost performance. What I use the computer for:

- running Windows 7 on Parallels often with Axure, Photoshop, Office etc (don't ask, I have to do it for work)

- video editing in iMovie

- routine stuff

I'm in the UK and I've found the following:
