itunes deleted my apps..help

well my iphone is jailbroken i just synced the apps for the first time it delted most of my apps

is there anyway to get them back?
 
lol this happened to me yesterday. I only installed a few things though and the files were all still in installous so it wasnt a big deal. But I think the only way is to download them again
 
learned it the hardway lol i had probaly 40 apps... keeping them all in installous nwo
