Export data from Outlook for Mac

I need to export all of my data from Outlook for Mac and import it into Outlook 2007 (PC, I know it blows). Outlook for Mac is only allowing me to export as an OLM file, but O2007 does not recognize that file to import it. Is there any way to get it done?
