Doesn't Software Update offer you Mac OS X 10.5.8 as download/update?
You can also manually download the Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo update Installer from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL866

Or does that not work, because you use "čeština" as your primary language?

The iPhone 4 needs Mac OS X 10.5.8 installed as a minimum.

Have you tried any of these steps?
