2.53 i5 Video Catching and Skipping

I have a mid 2010 2.53 i5.

When watching hulu even with a great connection speed the video will drop frames and skip but the audio will not. It's weird that the audio doesn't skip also.

When watching videos in itunes the video catches or the audio gets repeated like a record going back 2 secs.

Not sure what the problem is......

Have you had this problem? Do you have a diagnostic on this for me?
 
I have the same issue with hulu and other flash based players. When using iTunes and VLC I have no issue. Its funny because my girlfriends MB 2.16 2007 doesn't have any issue with hulu, In for an explanation.
 
Most of the time video is designed to skip before the audio.

Oddly, when watching a video, the audio is actually more important. A crappy image with good audio is preferable to a great image with crappy audio.
 
Hmmmm.......

Well I get it with iTunes also, which makes me think it's a video card thing.

Not sure what to do about it.
