Macbook (unibody) dead pixels -- question

Hey guys,


I have a dead pixel (maybe a few in a cluster) on my LCD. The apple store ordered a replacement, but warned me that its possible (leaning toward 'likely') that the replacement LCD will have dead pixels, as well. Should I be worried about this? Should I do the replacement or live with it? I kinda feel like I have nothing to lose...no?
 
also -- will they issue me a diagnosis charge if I dont go through with the replacement?
