My MBP 13" (Late 2009) freezes when I wake it form sleep.

However, the freezing does not occur when I'm using the computer and another odd factor is the fact that I get these weird blue/red horizontal and vertical lines around my windows.

I took a picture when I wake my computer and it prompts for the password. I have arrows pointing to this weird lines. I'm not sure whats wrong, I checked my RAM (I tested it) and the test passed; so my assumption that RAM was the problem was wrong.

Also, I've tried several times after my computer freezes to look at system logs however there is just a big gap from the time to the shutdown and my wake.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and have you found a solution? If so please share.

Thanks,
Alec

Hmm, this looks more like a graphics issue to me... Not sure though.
