There are three characters though. No?
Yes, the second one is the Chinese character is "me" or "I." wǒ.The first word is "hope" or "ambition" in Chinese writing.
The second is the Chinese word for "me" or "I". I suppose they use that character in Japanese as well, but usually they use "watashi" to mean "I/me", and the character for "watashi" doesn't look like that.
And obeygiant just gave you the Japanese pronounciation for it.
