Delivery taking longer than normal

Hi i have purchased a:
MacBook Pro with upgraded rpm to 7200
Ipad 64gb wifi + 3g
O2 sim for ipad
moshi keyboard cover

i ordered on the 23rd of October and it's now the 1st of novemeber
it was shipped on 28th of October but i have had no information on how to track it apart from apples useless tracking site.

The estimated delivery time is 11th of november and that is 19 days after purchase! and yet my friend went and bought a macbook pro a day later same upgrade as me and has already received it!!!
