Newbie network help

Hi There

I'd really appreciate some help and advice with a networking problem I can't resolve.

Network is as follows;

Router/NAS/Printer/WinXPcomputer/Win7computer/MBP

MBP sees everything and connects to everything except the Win7 machine(connection failed)

None of the pc's see the MBP.

Think I've enabled sharing in just about everything.
