Sweet! Countdown to a new jailbreak!

cool. I heard mixed stories, not sure what is what. We'll see soon enough.

I thought that the promise of Limera1n and Greenpois0n was that they would work on 4.2 straight away?

The bootrom exploit will work, since 4.2 doesn't touch that. They need to find a new Exploit to make the Jailbreak untethered.

Ahh I see, does the exploit for an untethered jailbreak have to exist? Because if not, then that does kinda empty the "you can jailbreak your iP4 forever" thing...

I wonder if they will release the final version before the weekend to deal with the alarm clock issue with the time change. They had complaints in Australia last month and now all of Europe this past weekend where the iphone alarm was out one hour. We are due for the effects of the same bug this weekend in the US.

Wel, we could go back to paper calendars, address books and write letters to freinds and just use watches to see what time it is, but the one point of having a fancy electronic device is to do this stuff for us. ;)
