Air Port in Mac suddenly very slow.

I thought that something was acting up with my iphone and shrugged it off but my roommate soon complained the internet was being really slow on her pc. So I checked my Mac and it's internet connection was fine. The Air Port was on, I reset it, switched channels but same performance. Anyone know what to try?
