so anyone ever use the warranty from zagg to get a new invisible shield?

so i just need the front invisible shield, they said they'll send the whole package and i gotta return watever i don't use

do i gotta put bubblewrap in the envelope or anything and do i gotta return the spray, the squeegee thing and the cloth or just the unused invisible shields?
