iPhone 4 - Gift Wrap Question

Guys,

I'm getting an iPhone 4 once again from UK Store. I'm right now abraod and I'm using a shop and ship serivce right now, and they collect a 5% tax from me for the total value of the item. They don't collect it for items without the value or invoice provided on the package.

My question is, if i order an iphone gift wrapped, will the box contain an invoice of the phone?

I don't think they include any paperwork with the price on it when you choose to have it gift-wrapped.
 
Thanks buddy for the info. I've seen that there is no pricing info on it.

By the way, The packaging will have a shipping address printed on it, right? Or does it come directly in that white box, without any address written on it.

Because the shop and ship provider requires the address to be printed on top of it, so they could scan it and forward it to me.
