On Android, one can tell each individual email when to push / pull email and define your peak hours.

E.G., have your personal email push 24/7, have your work email push m-f, 9-5, but have your work email set to MANUAL during off peak hours.

Is there any app, official or not, that will add this functionality to the iPhone

iSchedualer is the closest you will get to such a functionality, it will allow you to Enable and disable services based on time (It also allow you to set up profiles, launch apps, send SMS on schedules). However all you can do is Enable/Disbale Push all together (doesn't allow you to do it by email account).

Dang, so close!
