Hello all, I have a older A1181 not sure when they came out 2006?

Anyway I recently replaced the hard drive due to the old drive crashing. After putting in the new drive I realized I had lost the restore disk. So not sure how to install the OS on my machine, and looking for advice.

Could I just upgrade my system to snow leopard if I buy the box set thats $129? Also if I were to buy the restore disks online could that work?

does thew $129 package install on more than one comp or should I just get the $179 package?

The license you agree to for the non-family version prevents you from installing on multiple computers. However, the installer itself will install on as many computers as you want.

You live with your conscience.
