Cracks in the iPhone 3GS housing

There are two cracks on each side of the dock connector about 6-7mm long. I read that this was a problem with iPhones. Can apple fix my phone for me? I have never dropped it without my Otterbox case on it, and I only dropped it twice on carpet.

if you have warranty they could/should fix it for you... at worst they might say no because is cosmetic....
