New macbook pro not recognzing some CDs

I have a new macbook pro that i got about 1.5 weeks ago, and I started burning CD's to it and in the 30 cds ive burned in the last 2 days, when ive put in 4 or 5 of them the computer didn't even recognize the cd and nothing I did would get it to recognize that there was a disk in, so i had to restart and it finally recognized them, so i had to do this with each cd that it didn't acknowledge. Is there was way to fix this problem?! is this something else anyones experienced?

any help?

also after it burns the disk it gets very loud and vibrates like a massager
