Well, I'm waiting for my iPhone4 32GB to ship on Tuesday and meanwhile I ask you guys what type of protection should I get for it?

Any recommendations for a screen protector? The sides? Back plate?

look up full body skins and various cases... some full body skins won't fit in certain cases. there is a lot of searching you can do
 
Tons of threads on this topic.. try searching around the forums a bit. Power Support and SGP Screen protectors might be a good start.
 
Got the InvisibleScreen protector yesterday. Applying it was messy but it looks amazing!
