Multitasking Disabled

Hallo,
i'm Italian and i have an iPhone 4 and two days ago i downloaded MyOs (official and original) from Cydia.
I decided to disabled multitasking and now my battery is much more powerful.
But...what are the consequences of have disabled multitasking?
The apps are loaded more slowly? or what?
Someone can explain me what the multitasking do specifically?

you will not be able to run pandora in the back round, or save the state of a game you are playing while doing something else and getting back to it later.
