Hi, have done a search so sorry if I have missed a reply elsewhere...
I have a 3G with 4.1 (but the problem was also with 4.0) and I charge it using the dock connector/Apple cable + USB extension cable. It works just fine - except where the phone is down to a 20% charge (red warning indicator), then it refuses to charge unless I take off the USB extension cable and plug the Apple Dock/USB cable directly into the socket plug. Weird.
It's not the cable, as I've tried a second brand USB cable and now a dock extension cable (male/female dock cable) which was purchased from a recommended Apple reseller (no Apple Store in Berlin...).
Anyone had a similar problem or know of the solution?
