I have an old Karaoke machine that I play through an "old" type tv set, with the yellow, white and red rca jacks. Its really a hassle to move this stuff around for parties and stuff.
I converted all the karaoke files on the disks so they can play on my macbook (under bootcamp windoze), so I can connect the audio out (earphone) to a speaker system and the singer can view the words from my laptop screen. This is ok but I would rather have my laptop connected to a small monitor that is "about 10 feet away" from my precious ole macbook! Any suggestions on how to do this as reasonable price as possible? I am not a professional and do this for friends parties, so I don't want to spend big bucks.
thanks
