Okay, here's another thread but for app badges. I've got a small collection plus some that I've made. Some I made yesterday but haven't tried out yet. :)

Sure. Make a folder called com.apple.springboard. Name the app badge this:

SBBadgeBG@2x

Place the icon inside your new folder and then place the folder inside your /Library/Themes folder and select it via winterboard. Or if you already have a theme you're working on, like me, you place the new icon inside that theme's com.apple.springboard bundle folder.

Easy enough. Thanks.

One more thing. I am new at all this and learning quite a bit. I've manage to change most of my icons, lock screen (thks lexs). While changing my icons I think I might of missed a step by not saving the original png files. How do I now revert to original icons if the need to do so ever comes up?

Well, the next time you update the iOS and then jailbreak again, just copy the com.apple.springboard folder to your computer. That's the only way I would know how to do it.

Here's two speech bubbles I just made.

Being a Volunteer football fan, I retouched one I already had.

The Apple logo is good except for the little thing at the top, which may make it off balance to the point where the badge number won't be centered, but here's one example:
