Confused on transferring phone to new PC

i have all my music and purchases downloaded in itunes now on my new PC but how do I fully make it cohesive? None of my playlists are there and I can't make changes to my iphone while under the phone.

I already authorized the new PC as well :confused:
 
Of in an external hard drive into your old pc. Copy your entire I tunes folder on to the external hard drive.
Then on your new pc delete the iTunes folder and drag the iTunes folder from the external hard drive into it's place. And all will be as it was on your old pc
