iPhone 3G wireless ID?

I would like to be able to use wifi at work on my iPhone 3G. To enable me to do this the IT dept has to add my wireless ID to the security server.

They gave me instructions to get the ID from my laptop, but how do I get it for my iPhone?
 
You're looking for the MAC Address: In the Settings app -> General -> About -> should be near the bottom. Looks like ##.##.##.##.##...
