Tweet the message in Background

It's possible, but has to be enabled by developer(s) of whatever twitter app you're using.

did a quick google found a not so cheap twitter app at $4.99 http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/simplytweet-3/id364574174?mt=8 called simply tweet 3 which does background tweet sending
