Is there anyway to delay the lock-Screen going to blank/sleep?

I have about 10 slide photos on my lockscreen.

As your iphone on sleep (black screen) and when you press on HOME key, you Lock screen and slide bar. I think it only stay on about 5seconds.

Is there a file/plist that i can code it to stay longer at the lock screen?

There's something called 60 second delay on Cydia that should work. Just search for 60 and it should show up.
 
Looks like I'm using Lockscreen Dim Delay--allows you to set your own time amount in Settings.
 
+1 for David Ashman's Lockscreen Dim Delay. After installation, change delay via Settings->Dim Delay (up to 30 minutes). I'm using it on a 3Gs w/ iOS 4.1.
