As far as I can tell, there isn't one. I'm using GV Mobile +, and it works fine, but the upscaled resolution bugs me.

Is there an iPad app for GV in the store somewhere that I just can't find?

Sorry. I guess I wasn't very specific.

I'm wondering if there's a 3rd party Google Voice iPad app.

Neither GV Connect, nor GV Mobile + are iPad apps. They'll run there with pixel doubling, but not at full resolution.
