Grouping Minimized Windows like Windows 7 Does

Hey guys. I have been working with a lot of open files at once lately. Mostly in Word and excel. As you can see in the screenshot below I have 5 dif Word documents open. Is there a way that when these are all minimized that they be grouped and there be a number 5 or something like that showing that there are 5 dif documents minimized there. It does not have to be exactly like this... but something similar. Anyone have ne ideas?

There is an option somewhere to "Minimize into dock icon" or similar wording. I think you can find it either in the dock preferences or by right clicking on Word in the dock. This will put all your minimized windows into the application icon rather than as separate icons.
