nVidia GeForce 7800 GS?

Hello, I'm looking for a 7800GS. Since I don't have a PC I need a pre-flashed card, but I can't seem to find any. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Ok, so I found this:

But I thought GTs didn't work for mac? Is this just a mistake on the seller's part and it's actually a GS?

The GT Works fine , have purchased from this Ferm before , dont worry about it , glad i could answer for you .. your in for a nice Performance boost !

Thanks for your reply, but I thought the 7800GT was PCIe (so it wouldn't work on my comp: no PCIe slot) but the seller clearly says that the card is AGP, so I'm confused.
I also found this:
