How in the heck is this done. They embed a recipe in an iframe.

Recipe page.. http://cookeatshare.com/recipes/cowboy-caviar-439

Embed code.. http://cookeatshare.com/how-to-embed

I badly need to figure this out. I don't know how many bloggers or websites use these embedded recipes...but I would think this would be a goldmine of one-way links in.

I made an iframe for an entire page on my recipe site...uhggg..but I can't figure out how to isolate just the image, directions and ingredients (recipe in a box..lol) or table as in the example above..

Thanks if you can help me out here.

The URL of the iframe looks exactly like the result. The scrolling content is apart of the webpage (URL) itself. There's no code magic.

Did you use the iframe code that they supplied? There are extra request params that tell their site to serve the "abbreviated" version of the page to the iframe.
