Videochat problem windows messenger 8.0 (build 100825)

I've installed windows messenger 8.0 on my snow leopard. When I press the videocall button in the chat window... nothing happens.
And if anyone try to videocall me... nothing happens.
I tried to uninstall windows messenger and to reinstall.. but it's all the same...
any suggestion?
