I was just looking at the time capsule page on the Apple Online Store and it had a new symbol next to it but I don't remember them updating it. I will attach a screenshot.

Huh, that's strange. There wasn't any announcement of them updating it. Doesn't look like anything's changed spec-wise either. Mistake maybe?

That IS strange. It doesn't appear to be new. Maybe something is in the pipe?

Just noticed the price on Amazon went from $277.99 to $274.99. Wonder if it's slowly creeping down in price because they know a refresh is forthcoming. Hopefully we'll here something soon, as I'm going to be in the market to purchase one of these in about a month.

It's not new. The "New" label refers to a simultaneous dual-band wifi, something the current Time Capsule has been able to do since its release a long time ago. And the "Updated" label refers to speed tests conducted in 2009. I have no idea why those labels are still there.
