How to remove a note sound (to isolate a sound coming from behind the note)?

I made a sound on logic with the ES2 with some weird modulating sound effects coming from behind the note if u know what I mean and I would like to isolate them, and remove the actual note sound (the sound with a specific pitch that I am inputing on my keyboard). I don't know if it's something I can do in the ES2, or if I need a plugin. I have have all the plugins. Maybe is there a better synth to make weird sound effects on without the note? I am a beginner to synths btw.

All advice is much appreciated
