IOS 4.2.1

Was wondering if this is happening to others: As I was playing a game with the phone mute switch set to mute, a call came in, which I declined. As soon as the game screen came back, the game music started playing and the only way to shut it off was to quit the game.

Might be the game in question, the games I play tend to follow the switch position well enough, mind you I do know of a time when that wasn't the case.
