Maybe I missed something, but there used to be an "applications" icon in the iTunes sidebar that listed all of my iPhone apps and allowed me to update them. I don't see it anymore. Where did it go? How do I update my apps?

What happened to applications in iTunes?

It's still there for me. Go to iTunes -> Preferences -> General and check the box next to "Apps" to show it in the Library column.
