Icons pushed to top of screen, can't select any, what to do?

I used winterboard like every other time I have, but afterwards all of the icons were at the top of the screen, only one can be pushed, the "phone" icon... If i could access winterboard I could just reverse what I did, but even when I try to "search iphone" i can't get into winterboard...

Can I restore my phone without losing the jailbreak? any other ideas?
