iPod touch iPod Touch 4G not able to pair with Altec Lansing Wireless Speakers

I just bought Altec Lansing Soundblade - Wireless Speaker System.

Was trying to pair it with my iPod Touch 4G and after turning on bluetooth on my iPad i see speaker's profile appear in iPod but after clicking on it's name ipod just keeps on trying but never connects...

Then i googled and started reading and came across this page:

Which says ipod touch has A2DP as supported and this speaker i am talking about says clearly that it is an A2DP spaker... Can someone help?
