Time machine backup from Macbook air to windows 7 shared HD

As per the title, I have a windows 7 pc/media hub that is always on. It has a large external drive connected to it that it uses for back up. I want to make a partition on this drive to back up my air (and its iTunes collection) wirelessly.

Is this possible?
