Unplugged my PRAM battery to get my Pismo booted....

... Now its been up and running for a week or so (On AC and sleep mode) should I re plug my PRAM battery ? My main battery has been dead for 6 months.
Also while I'm here, whats fast Lightweight web browser for OSX 10.3.9
