4.2.1 Download not via iTunes?

Is there a place I can download 4.2.1 from apple.com? All I can find are instructions to download it from iTunes.
I've had the developer preview installed for a while and iTunes doesn't offer me any update, but I need to restore my iPhone and iTunes says it can't find any software to restore it with, so I'm pretty stuck :confused:
