Notification Popup Blocker & Skype

Hello all.

I've searched but not really found an answer. In order to alleviate my beef with the iOS notification system I bought Popup Blocker. Now this works amazingly well along with InfoShade but ideally I don't want to block popups from skype.

Is there any application that allows you to selectively allow certain apps to have their notifications pop up while others not?

Popup Blocker only allows a blanket popup block on all Push notifications.
