I have a very good working 3g 8 gig. I was wondering if a 3gs 16 gig mb will operate in my 3g framework without any other changes? No identifiable marks on 3gs mb to prove it is as suggested when it was sold to me. Can it or my 8 gig mb, be damaged by interchanging?

thanks for looking

Thank you for speedy answer. So second part of question could be answered by saying, upon comparison with another 8gig mb, if connectors are the same then I was sold a bill of goods, and this is probably a 3g 16gig not a 3gs 16gig?

The iphone 3g has a model number of A1241, the 3gs has A1303 and the china made 3 gs without wifi are A1324 and A1325. Hope that helps
