App Store: Personal Info given to App Creator?

When we purchase an app from the app store, free or paid,
what information, if any, does Apple give to the App creator about the buyer?
 
Speaking as a developer, the only information we get to see is the number of sales and updates in each country on a daily basis. Nothing else that identifies the user.
