I have two monitors set up on a mac quicksilver using an ati 9000 vid card. They are both recognized by the card and OS 10.4 and when I switch the connectors back and forth they both display (I can operate the computer from either one) as the primary monitor. But they never work in unison - always one is un-able to display anything, I get the standard error to check monitor connections.
I have attached an image with the card and monitor specs displayed from the actual computer I am trying to get the dual display set up working on.
Please can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have done extnsive research and everything I have found says it should work.
